In continuation of the joint business between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Recycling services company from the Sultanate of Oman and Tadweer Company from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia signed an agreement for joint venture in recycling and waste management sector.
This agreement between the two companies comes within the scope of the joint venture between the two countries, which has begun to take steps of growth and progress in various sectors that enhance cooperation and trade exchange between the two countries. Added to that, it reduces its waste as well as work to minimize the damage caused by direct disposal of waste. This matches with the directions of the strategic visions of the two countries through the Oman Vision 2040, namely strategic objective of creating effective, balanced and flexible ecosystems to protect the environment and the sustainability of its resources for the national economy, as well as through the Kingdom’s vision 2030 by adopting a holistic view of precious ecosystems.
Recycling services company is one of the leading companies in the Sultanate of Oman in recycling and waste management, with more than eight years of experience and expertise, led by the Omani youth who believed that protecting the environment is the goal and reducing the damage caused by public practices and behaviors is the what they are working on through optimal behavior with waste management and work on recycling and transforming it into raw materials usable again, which is the same case that Tadweer company worked on in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by specializing in the management of food waste and green waste and working to manage it comprehensively and convert it into products after the process of recycling it.
The joint venture agreement between the two companies will achieve the principle of complementarity between the two parties to achieve integrated services in the field of recycling of hazardous and non-hazardous public waste through the service company for recycling, and food waste and green waste through a Tadweer company to achieve comprehensiveness in the provision of recycling and waste management services.
The two companies will exchange experiences, knowledge and experiences between them so that this joint venture achieves the highest environmental gains, preserves natural resources and recycles them into raw materials, and then re-usable products are presented in the local and foreign markets as products made from recycled materials, which achieves the greatest benefit from natural resources.
